The Apprentice Academy provides St Joseph, Elkhart, Marshall, Starke and Fulton Counties in Indiana with relevant, short-term training programs that help individuals learn a trade and connect with their local business community. The Academy focuses on specialized training as well as learning soft skills such as resume writing and interviewing skills. Apprentice Academy students are prepared for the workforce, whether they are learning their first trade or re-training in something new!

The Apprentice Academy makes going to school an option for everyone! Our programs are quick, affordable and intense! Our instructors have plenty of industry experience in the fields they teach and small class sizes allow students to receive one-on-one attention from these industry professionals!

The Academy offers short-term training programs in:

  • Welding (with AWS Certification)
  • Industrial Maintenance
  • Residential and Commercial Maintenance (with EPA Certification)
  • Precision Metalworking
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Home Health Aide/ Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Phlebotomy
  • Medical Billing and Coding
  • Pharmacy Technician
  • Medical Transcription
  • EKG Technician
