3. Council for Adult and Experiential Education (CAEL) 

A national non-profit organization which creates and manages effective learning strategies for working adults through partnership with employers, higher education, government and labor.

Lifelong Learning Accounts (LiLAs) – Employer-matched, portable individual savings accounts used to finance education and training, like a 401(k) for skill building and career advancement.

CAEL/DOL Healthcare Lattice Program – Addresses the national nursing shortage; seeks to increase number of Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RNs).
